Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How can I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away with your order number and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's shipped, it can no longer be changed.
What is your return policy?
If something's not right, contact us within 60 days of delivery. In most cases, you won't need to send the item back — once approved, we process your refund directly.
When will I get my refund?
Once your refund is approved, it's processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Additional payment options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes — all transactions run through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never store your full card details.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and manage returns later.
